1. I loved the description of the chocolate dessert. Sounds like something that would be « right up my alley, » as we say here. 🙂

     We all appreciated our soup of peas as well as our chocolate dessert, of which we can say – to use a vernacular term running in certain circles – it is a slaughter. The kind of dessert which you do not let drag on the counter without risking be dealt with limb of Satan (report in the fished of greed). As said it very exactly Jeanne, it was the WOW of this meal.
